All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
No P.O. Box, APO, FPO shipping, confirmed address only.
All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
Refused or non delivered shipments will incur a 15% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
Effective immediately, FedEx and UPS will be charging Pro Digital Mall an additional $15.00 fee for each package that we request to be intercepted, returned or rerouted. The $15.00 fee will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return or the re-rerouting of a package(s). Customer Service will be responsible for billing the customer the additional charges.
Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.
Damages/Claims:
Refused damaged shipments will be issued full credit upon 5 days of receipt of the shipment at Pro Digital Mall, Inc. To secure refusal credit and avoid restocking fee's, please note all damages on the freight bill.
Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Pro Digital Mall, Inc Customer Service within five (5) days from receipt of shipment.
Return Policy:
Pro Digital Mall, Inc offers a 15-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer's return policies.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
Defective returns are eligible for return within 15 days of sale. After 15 days, product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.
Factory sealed product in new/re-sellable condition may be returned at Pro Digital Mall, Inc discretion. Non-defective opened products are not eligible for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current selling price, less a 20% restocking fee.
Sale of closeout and special ordered items are final. Only defective closeout/ special ordered product may be returned for credit as per normal policy.
Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return. Custom installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return. Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive full credit and fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packaging.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid (i.e. customer's expense) and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Shipping cost (except if the return is a result of our error shipping incorrect model number), wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage costs. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or refusal of an order with free ground shipping promotion.
Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the shipper immediately and prior to any requests for a RMA number.
Return Policy Exceptions
Flat panel and Projection TVs are not eligible for return to Pro Digital Mall, Inc.
Most TVs/monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair service.
The following manufacturers do not qualify under our normal return policy: Select Samsung, Spectroniq, Go Video, Mintek, Casio Projectors, Benq, Sansui, Audiovox (flat screens), Chauvet Lighting, Sharp, Viewsonic, Optoma, SVA, Norcent, Draper, Vutec, Sylvania, JVC, and Philips.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
Credit will be issued within 5 business days from the date of receipt to Pro Digital Mall, Inc. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
RM numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RM number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
